The Outlook for Mac app will allow you to access your email, calendar, contacts and OneDrive files from within the app.

  1. Click the Tools tab, and then click Accounts.

  2. On the Accounts window, click the Exchange or Office 365 icon.

  3. Complete the following:
    • Under Email address, type your student email address following this format, username@academic.rrc.ca.
    • Keep the Method as “User Name and Password”.
    • Under User name type your student email address again following this format, username@academic.rrc.ca.
    • Under Password, type in your student email password.
    • Leave the checkmark for Configure automatically.
    • Click Add Account.

  4. To configure the settings for your account, click Allow.

  5. Your Outlook inbox will open.

NOTE: You may need to click Allow again. You can elect to place a check mark in the box next to Always use my response for this server.

Add account

  1. Click the Tools tab, and then click Accounts.
    Tools tab click Accounts
  2. On the Accounts window, click the drop‑down window next to the plus sign on the bottom left‑hand side, and then choose the email type.
  3. Type your email address and password, and click Add Account.

  4. Your new account will be listed under your default email account.

Delete account

  1. Click the Tools tab, and then click Accounts.

  2. On the Accounts window, click the minus sign on the bottom left‑hand side.

  3. To confirm that you want to delete this email account and all of its messages from your device, click Delete.
