Using OneDrive on a nonprimary computer

To access your OneDrive – Red River College account on a computer other than the one you originally downloaded it onto, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Microsoft’s OneDrive for Business website, and on the Business tab, click Sign in in the top right‑hand corner.

  2. Enter your College user name (followed by @rrc.ca for staff or @academic.rrc.ca for students), and then click Next.

    NOTE: OneDrive will redirect you to the Office 365 sign in menu. Enter your College user name (followed by @rrc.ca for staff or @academic.rrc.ca for students), and then press the Tab key to be redirected to the RRC sign in menu.
  3. Office 365 will redirect you to the RRC sign in menu and automatically populate the College user name field, enter your password, and then click Sign in.

When your OneDrive home page opens, you can access your files and folders.
