


The Directions Business Conference, held annually by RRC Polytech, is set for March 5, 2026, at the RBC Convention Centre in Winnipeg. This flagship event connects students from Business and Applied Arts programs with a diverse range of industry professionals, helping to build meaningful relationships and foster career opportunities.
The conference features keynote addresses from influential leaders, interactive roundtable sessions with professionals from dozens of organizations, and targeted break-out panels led by experts from various sectors, such as accounting, entrepreneurship, financial services, human resources, hospitality and tourism, logistics, and marketing. The event provides attendees with the chance to gain valuable insights, expand their networks, and explore a wide array of career paths within the business world.
The Roundtable Session, a key feature of the conference, offers students the opportunity to engage in small-group conversations with representatives from leading organizations to learn about workplace culture, company missions, and future employment options.
