Ready to complete your current academic program? Check the information below to assist your graduation application and smooth transition to your Post-Graduation Work Permit application.

Remember to complete the Graduation Application:

  1. Visit HUB
  2. Select Payments and Profile
  3. Select Graduation Overview

NOTE: The deadline to apply to graduate is the last day of the last term or course in your program.

Red River College Polytechnic’s international student graduates may work off‐campus PART‐TIME (no more than 20 hours per week) if they:

  • Had a valid study permit
  • Had completed their program of study, but have not received written confirmation or submitted the PGWP application 
  • Were eligible to work off‐campus without a permit, and
  • Did not work off‐campus more than 20 hours a week during academic sessions

As established by the Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Red River College Polytechnic’s international student graduates may work off‐campus FULL‐TIME if, at the time they submitted their PGWP application, they 

  • Had a valid study permit
  • Had completed their program of study
  • Were eligible to work off‐campus without a permit, and
  • Did not work off‐campus more than 20 hours a week during academic sessions

The letter of submission confirmation issued by IRCC is proof of the student’s PGWP application status.
