1. Spring 2026 Commission Submission Reminder for Agents
As Spring 2026 students begin their studies at RRC Polytech, agents may now submit commission claims for eligible enrollments. Please ensure you use the official RRC Polytech Commission Invoice Template and submit your invoice in Excel format only. When completing the template, use the drop-down menus provided for program, term, and student type selections, as commission amounts will calculate automatically.
Effective Spring 2026, commission rates are:
- CAD $1,500 for new students starting an academic program
- CAD $1,000 for continuing students (Term 2)
- CAD $900 for EAPP students
The deadline to submit Spring 2026 commission invoices is Friday, June 19, 2026. Agents are also reminded to review the updated tax requirements and banking documentation instructions before submission. Commission processing may take up to six weeks and is handled in the order received.

Reminder – Agreement Signature
Agents who have not yet signed the amended or new Educational Service Agreement are kindly reminded to do so as soon as possible. Prompt completion will help ensure there are no delays in commission processing or payments for eligible students under the updated terms.
