1. New commission rates and stacked program commission (Spring 2026)
RRC Polytech is introducing updated commission rates and new eligibility for stacked program commission for students starting in the Spring 2026 Term.
New Commission Rates
Effective for students beginning in the Spring 2026 Term, the College will calculate and pay the authorized agency an educational service fee/commission as follows:
- Intensive English Programs: CAD 900 per 4‑month term, for up to a maximum of the first three terms of study (equivalent to 12 months).
- Academic Programs: CAD 1,500 per 4‑month term, for up to a maximum of the first two terms of study, regardless of the program’s total length.
Stacked Second Program Commission
Beginning in the Spring 2026 Term, authorized agents will also be eligible to claim commission for students who have:
- Successfully completed one program at RRC Polytech, and
- Been recruited and had their second program application submitted by the same authorized agency,
provided all requirements outlined in Section 6 of the Educational Service Agreement are met.
For eligible students, commission will be payable for up to two additional terms on the second program, in addition to the commission already earned on the first program, as outlined in Section 6.2 of the Agreement.
Further details will be reflected in the updated Educational Service Agreement and shared directly with agencies closer to Spring 2026.
