New commission rates and stacked program commission (Spring 2026)
RRC Polytech is introducing updated commission rates and new eligibility for stacked‑program commission for students starting in the Spring 2026 Term.
New commission rates
Commencing with students starting in the Spring 2026 Term, the College will calculate and pay the Agency an educational service fee/commission as follows:
- Intensive English Programs: 900 CAD per 4‑month term, for up to a maximum of the first three terms of study (equivalent to 12 months of study).
- Academic Programs: 1,500 CAD per 4‑month term, for up to a maximum of the first two terms of study, regardless of the program’s length.
Stacked second‑program commission
Commencing with the Spring 2026 Term, authorized agents will be eligible to claim commission for students who have completed one program at RRC Polytech and whom the authorized agency has recruited and submitted the application for a second program at RRC Polytech, provided all the same requirements set out under paragraph 6 of the Educational Service Agreement have been met.
Such commission will be paid by RRC Polytech for up to a maximum of two additional terms over the terms set out in paragraph 6.2 (that is, up to two terms on the second program, in addition to the terms payable on the first program).
