Writing with APA Workshop – Every Thursday

The Academic Success Centre is offering a four-part online workshop series during the Winter 2025 term called Writing With APA.  Join us to learn how to use APA citation style (7th edition) in your college writing assignments.  

 

You are welcome to attend any or all four sessions. No pre-registration required – just log on!   

  

Sessions will be held on Webex Thursdays from 12:15-12:45pm.  Log on to the workshops with this link.

Learn how to identify source types, find relevant information, and build a reference entry.  Learn how to use the APA Style website to build your own references. 

 

APA Format – March 13 

What does an APA formatted writing assignment look like?  Join this workshop to learn how to meet APA citation style formatting guidelines. 

 

APA Language and Style – March 20 

Join this workshop to learn what it means to write in APA style.  Learn where to find information on language recommendations for APA.
