Fitness and Wellness Events – January 2024

As you ease back into the new year, remember to include some wellness and fitness activities into your schedule. Campus Well-Being offers a variety of classes in their January Program Calendar.

Weekly classes starting next week:

  • Breakdancing, Tai Chi and Yoga
  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Muscle and Mobility
  • Drop-in and intramural sport

Other January events:

  • Make Your Own Vision Board workshop
  • Paint Night and Monthly Board Game Night
  • Colouring for Mental Health
  • Bell Let’s Talk Day
