How to Access Payment Information and Fee Receipts

Please forward the following step-by-step guide to your new students to help them access their payment details and obtain fee statements through their HUB/Self-Serve account.

How to obtain your fee statement:

1. Visit HUB: Navigate to HUB to begin the process.
2. Log In: Log in with students’ RRC Polytech username and password. If you are new to HUB, click here to set up your account.
3. Payments and Profile: Once logged in, locate the Launchpad widget and select the Payments and Profile application.
4. View Your Statement: Under Student Finance, choose the relevant term (e.g., FT2023WI) for the Total Account Balance. Click “View Statement” on the right side to access your detailed fee statement.
