Healthy Breaks – October Fitness, Rec and Mental Wellness Events

Did you know that taking a healthy break from work or studying can actually improve your focus and efficiency? Campus Well-Being is happy to share our October Program Calendar, which includes plenty of healthy break options.

  • Healthy Eating on the Go workshop
  • T’ai Chi and Virtual/in-person yoga classes
  • Fitness, hip hop dance and self-defense classes
  • Drop-in and intramural sport
  • Board game night, paint night, cooking workshop and more!
