Summer Fitness Classes

Our Campus Well-Being department is offering 6-weeks of free fitness classes this summer for our students & staff!

Strength & Conditioning (40min) – Coached by Justin Ross
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:10 pm, from July 11th to August 17th
Notre Dame Campus, North Gym (side court)

*All fitness levels are welcome. Coach Justin will provide exercise progressions and modifications throughout each workout to accommodate everyone.
