Anti-Racism & You: Challenging Racism in the Canadian Workplace

Anti-Racism Workshop #5: Challenging Racism in the Canadian Workplace

Join us in this interactive workshop* and discussion as we learn how racism can manifest in the workplace in form of microaggressions, cultural appropriation, and other related experiences. Participants will be provided with practical strategies to combat racism within the workplace.

Our goal in the RRC Polytech community is to transform our culture and institution where anti-racism guides our leadership, policies, and actions. Open to all RRC Polytech students, faculty, and staff, a series of Anti-Racism educational workshops are set to take place this Winter 2023 term.

This fifth workshop of a seven-workshop series will expose the truth that must be acknowledged to honour our full humanity.

All on-campus participants will be provided snacks and beverages, along with a chance to win a door prize! Register today for your chance to win!
