Final Reminder: Winter 2023 Commission
If you have not yet submitted your commission invoice for Winter 2023, please do so by Friday, February 17, 2023. If you have already sent your invoice, no further action is required. Please do not submit a duplicate.
To submit your commission claims, you MUST use the RRC Polytech Commission Invoice Template and submit your claim in Excel format. For details, please refer to the email sent on January 17, 2023, from the agent@rrc.ca mailbox.
NOTE:
- RRC Polytech does not back pay for prior intakes, and it does not pay for future intakes. The commission is paid only for students in the current Winter 2023 term (January/February intake).
- Include all Winter 2023 students who have started their programs with RRC Polytech, regardless of their immigration status. RRC Polytech pays a commission based on the program registration status. For example, if students started their programs while their study permit applications were in the process and they have paid their term fees, you are eligible for commission for these students and should add their names to the invoice.
Commission processing can take up to 6 weeks. Invoices are processed in the order they are received, and we will email you once your invoice has been reviewed.
