Approved English Language Assessments and Required Levels

RRC has established English Language Requirements (ELR) to help ensure students have the communication skills required to be successful in their RRC academic program. International applicants whose education has been primarily outside Canada, the United States or an ELR exempt country must provide objective evidence of proficiency in the English language.
