Red River College’s COVID-19 Readiness Plan

We are happy to announce that the Province of Manitoba has approved Red River College’s COVID-19 readiness plan. Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has posted a list of DLIs with approved COVID-19 readiness plans. We are excited to welcome international students who are currently outside Canada to join us in Winnipeg.

Please ensure when your students travel to Canada, they have:

• a plan to complete a 14-day quarantine period;
• a valid study permit or a port of entry letter of introduction that shows the student was approved for a study permit;
• a valid letter of acceptance from Red River College; and
• proof of funds to support themselves and any family members who come with them to Canada
