English Language Requirement Waiver

Red River College is pleased to notify that three countries – Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya have been newly added on to the list of approved English Language Exempt (ELR) Countries. View the complete list here.

All international applicants whose education has been primarily outside these ELR exempt countries must provide objective evidence of proficiency in the English language. Please review the most current version of all approved English Language Assessments and Required Levels of all programs and courses here
