Richard Asher Webb Social Justice Activist Memorial Award

Are you a social justice leader or committed to social justice issues?

If you’re a RRC student (full- or part-time) who is involved in the community, encouraging others on issues of social justice that impact the lives of students and the broader community, the Richard Asher Webb Social Justice Activist Memorial Award may be for you.

Established in memory of Webb, an RRC alum and long-time community activist, the award is given annually to a student who demonstrates exceptional effort and/or the ability to lead, organize and engage students or members of the community in embodying the values of equity, diversity, inclusion, multiculturalism and social justice.

This $1,000 award is given annually.

Applications are due February 15, 2019.
