The School of Continuing Education recognizes that students may have to reschedule their exams due to extenuating circumstances, such as illness, family illness, hospitalization, scheduling conflicts (holidays, work related), etc. Students must have valid reasons to support requests for this accommodation.
All situations are at the discretion and approval of the instructor.
The first step is to get approval from your instructor to write the exam outside of class time. If approved, the instructor will submit the required ‘Out of Class Exam Request’ form.
*Exams will not be booked until this form has been signed by the instructor and received by the Continuing Education office.

Exams are booked on a first-come, first-accommodated basis.
Payment of $50 (non-refundable/non-transferable – per exam/sitting) is due at the time the exam(s) is/are scheduled.
Please note, this fee will increase to $80 effective July 1, 2019.
Exams will not be scheduled without payment. Once payment is received and processed, exams will be scheduled and you will receive a confirmation email. A copy of your receipt will be included in this email.
Note: a $50 rescheduling fee applies.
Photo ID is mandatory and must match your registered name.
