Submitting International Credentials

June 10, 2015

LTC students

Students who were born and educated in other countries make up an ever-growing segment of Red River College’s student population. The College recently revamped its processes for receiving international documents as part of an application to the College. Here is some information to help you better understand this process.

International Credential Assessment for Admission:

If you are applying to a Red River College (RRC) program and have been educated outside of Canada, you will require an International Credential Assessment. This assessment will analyze and compare education that you have completed outside of Canada with the academic requirements of the RRC program for which you have submitted an application. Please ensure you submit your application well in advance of your program’s start date.

For more information, please follow this helpful lnk www.rrc.ca/credentials and don’t hesitate to contact an academic advisor if you have any questions. Call 204-632-2327, or e-mail advisor@rrc.ca.

Your international credential assessment will be completed as soon as possible; however it may take up to three months to complete. It is important to note the assessment is for Red River College use only.

In Conclusion…

Applicants are strongly encouraged to follow the steps as indicated, in order to ensure a smooth application process.

If you have any questions prior to starting an application, please get in touch with an Academic Advisor. Call 204-632-2327, or e-mail advisor@rrc.ca.
