ENABLE is an in-house leadership development program at Red River College that provides learning and development support to current formal leaders at all levels of career development.
ENVISION is a rewarding program designed for Red River College employees not in formal leadership roles who are interested in leadership exploration at RRC.

Succession Planning is a strategic action for Red River College. Succession planning is about knowing our risk and instituting proactive strategies to mitigate the risk. It is about securing our future together.
In addition to the above, Managers are welcome to contact Staff Learning and Development to explore team training for their department in a variety of areas including team-building and strengthening, communication skills and more. After a consultation, we can provide recommendations that meet your outcomes, and we can either coordinate your training or make recommendations, depending on your needs.
