The Joint Job Evaluation Committee will evaluate all non-instructional positions of the Collective Agreement.

Please follow these steps for classification and reclassification review of a position(s):

  1. Complete the Request for Position Review formSave as a PDF. Digital signatures permitted.
  2. Complete an updated Department Organizational Chart, including the position in review. Save as a PDF.
  3. Complete the Job Description Template formSave in MS Word file format for electronic package submission. Refer to the Job Descriptions Writing Guide while completing the template.
  4. Email all three files to Please do not send any hard copies to HR – retain the electronic documents until you receive confirmation the review has been completed.
