Ensure staff have access to appropriate training that allows them to commit to truth and reconciliation and pursue Equity, Diversity Inclusion in their daily work.Provide Immersive Stories programming for College staff, faculty and students.

LAS to deliver training (Unconscious Bias: From Awareness to Action) followed by a one-hour session to brainstorm EDI initiatives within each SSGP Department and/or unit.

Have staff incorporate EDI goals into their daily work as part of their learning performance conversation.
