Admin Professionals Program

The Admin Professionals Program (APP) provides development and training to administrative assistants at Red River College Polytechnic across a wide range of current and future needs.

Driven by the College’s strategic direction and a three-year rolling plan developed by the College’s Administrative Assistant Steering Group, APP sessions are delivered through a blended learning approach, including in-person and online courses.

Some courses are jointly delivered through the ENGAGE program, which provides common needs training to all RRC Polytech employees, while other courses are exclusive to Administrative Assistants.

The APP covers a range of learning areas including:

  • Common Technical Skills
  • Communications and Writing
  • Interpersonal Skills and Wellness
