The Human Resource team is modernizing our HR tools to better support employees, and are working on implementing a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

To ensure the new HRIS can carry out all the essential business functions the College requires, the project team needs additional time to perform further testing.  

We have adjusted our original project timeline to ensure a successful implementation. The original HRIS launch date was February 12, 2022, and while we do not yet have a new confirmed start date, we anticipate the necessary development and testing will take approximately three months to complete.

At this time, HRIS training has been postponed. When we have a new launch date, we will provide more information about available training in Staff News.

As excited as we are to implement the new HRIS as soon as possible, it is critical that we take the time to do things right and ensure everything is running smoothly. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding. As we move through these changes, we’ll continue to update you on the HRIS project status.
