Effective immediately, if you’re going to be on any RRC campus, you’re required to use the Onsite Check-In through HUB. As Public Health continues their efforts to reduce the spread of the virus, the Onsite Check-In will allow the College to assist Public Health with their investigations, should a case be linked back to a member of the College community.

How will this information be used?

In the event a case is linked to the College, the Onsite Check-In will help us determine who was on campus, in what area, and at what time. This information is vital to help keep our College community safe, and will assist public health with their efforts to quickly notify anyone who may have come into contact with the virus, in order to self-isolate or seek testing.

How do I complete the Onsite Check-In?

  1. Log into HUB
  2. Click on the blue button at the top of the page that says “Add an Onsite Check-In”
  3. Fill out the online form and click “Save”
