Our employee engagement initiative continues to be an important priority at the College. While we adjusted the timelines due to the pandemic, we’re continuing to move this essential work forward to strengthen our College community.

As we set our sights on spring, we’re excited to share our employee focus group results and invite you to be part of our Culture Champions network.

Culture Champions

Our Culture Champions will play an essential role in developing and implementing our College-wide action planning to support the feedback you provided through our employee engagement survey.

Focus groups

This past November, Leger Research hosted 14 focus group sessions across the College. Nearly 90 employees participated and provided valuable feedback to help inform and strengthen our current and future work regarding employee engagement at the College. This information will assist with our corporate action planning that will take place throughout the next year.

Survey results

If you still haven’t had an opportunity to check out our College-wide survey results, they are still available online, including a two-page summary. Take a moment and review the results to see which categories scored high and the categories where we can continue to do more.

Department-level survey results were shared with management at the end of 2020. Reach out to your supervisor if you’d like to see the report for your area too.

Your voice matters and we thank everyone who continues to eagerly participate in this initiative. The data we’re collecting will inform our corporate employee engagement action plan and is also being used to shape our next strategic plan.
