Red River College is working with Leger, an outside market research company, to host employee focus groups as part of the next phase of our employee engagement initiative. Here’s some important information you need to know on how you can express your interest to participate.
How can I participate?
You’ll be receiving an email to your College account, that we’re sending on behalf of Leger, with a link to complete a screener that Leger uses to select focus group participants. The screener is a short questionnaire, created by Leger, that will help them get the information they need to build focus groups that are balanced and have good representation from across the College. If you’re interested in participating in a focus group, you’ll need to fill out this questionnaire when you receive it.
When will the focus groups occur?
Ten focus groups will take place between April 1 to 16, and will be hosted at the Notre Dame Campus, Exchange District Campus, and online and/or through video conference to accommodate regional campuses.
When will I receive the questionnaire?
Watch your inbox! We’ll email you with the instructions you need to complete it. Once you’ve filled it out, Leger will start phoning interested employees as part of their selection process. If you don’t have regular access to a computer, please connect with your supervisor so they can make accommodations for you.
