Red River College (RRC) has taken care in preparing the “Safe Work Procedures” contained in this website, however cannot and does not guarantee quality, accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links, contents and other items. The “Safe Work Procedures” are used for educational purposes only and do not apply to any particular or actual work situation. They are made available for your viewing and may be referred to as guides for structural development only. RRC retains copyright on all text, graphic images, pictures, files and other content.
Furthermore, anyone entering the “Safe Work Procedures” web site and using the information obtained from or through this site, shall do so at his or her own risk and shall be deemed to have waived and released The Board of Governors of Red River College and any employees, officers, agents or representatives from any and all causes of action at law or in equity, rights and claims or damages or other release as a result of such use.
Proprietary rights of all content included on this site are the property of Red River College’s Safety and Health Services and protected by copyright and other laws relating to proprietary rights. All software used on this site is the property of Red River College or its software suppliers and are protected by copyright and other laws subject to licensing agreements. All rights are retained worldwide.
Limitations on Use
Limitations on use is expressly subject to the restrictions set forth below:
- You may not reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, license, sublicense, lease, publish, broadcast or circulate any content or other material accessed through this site, except in accordance with the fair use doctrine under the copyright laws of Canada.
- “Safe Work Procedures” is an online resource for theoretical educational purposes only. You may not download content for offline viewing or use unless any and all reference to RRC is removed, thus claiming development ownership of the downloading site visitor.
Downloading content is generally not permitted as safe work procedures are specific to each employer, their application, work procedures and workers but if you find a safe work procedure that is applicable to training and may benefit worker safety it may be printed or stored to your hard drive for your personal use only and cannot be shared with others. You must agree to remove any reference to RRC and the origin of the content and use the information as a guide in the development of a safe work procedure that is specific to your application, work process and/or equipment.
