  • Performs timely procedures for remittances to government regulatory bodies.
  • Processes Accounts Payable by maintaining and reconciling vendor accounts through processing purchases, adjustments, and payments.
  • Processes Accounts Receivable by maintaining and reconciling customer accounts through processing sales, adjustments, and cash receipts.
  • Processes payroll by maintaining and reconciling employee and employer records, and processing and calculating both employee and employer remittances.
  • Applies basic accounting theory through accurate performance of daily, monthly and yearly activities.
  • Assists in preparation of financial reports in compliance with organizational requirements.
