Personal Fitness Assessments
The five stations will be push up, sit up, grip strength, squats and sit-reach. Each test will require the participant to do as many repetitions as they can safely until max repetition. Each participant will get an assessment card and proceed to follow a circuit of stations and follow through the cycle to complete each activity.
After all five stations are completed, the participant will bring their card back to the desk to get their scores totaled and then they will be given a take home card with recommendations of activities that can improve some of the their scores.
Participants can take their results from the January test to help set fitness/wellness goals, then check in at our April session to check for progress or change.
