Getting active and living a better life can be as simple as 30 seconds a day.

Rebels Rec has posted a number of 30day challenges for you to take part in.  From squats to planks and everything in between.  With beginner and advanced levels, each one has something for everyone.

Pick a challenge and get started today!  You don’t have to start at the beginning of the month, just pick a stretch of 30days and get active.

As you go through each challenge snap a picture of you (and anyone else) taking on the challenge.  Post it to Instagram (make sure you tag us @rrcrebels) and add the hashtag #rebelsrec. The more you post the more opportunities you have to win.

At the end of each Challenge post a picture of your Challenge Sheet, no matter how many days you’ve completed, on our Facebook page and or tag us (@rrcrebels) on Instagram and add the hashtag #rebelsrec.  Not on Instagram or Facebook?  You can drop it off at the North Gym or email it to rebels@rrc.ca We will pick winners each month from all those participants to win some great prizes
