Monthly Wellness Challenge

Challenge yourself, your friends, your family, your classmates or co-workers.

Getting active and living a better life can be as simple as 30 seconds a day.

Rebels Rec has posted a number of 30day challenges for you to take part in.  From squats to planks and everything in between.  With beginner and advanced levels, each one has something for everyone.

Pick a challenge and get started today!  You don’t have to start at the beginning of the month, just pick a stretch of 30days and get active.

As you go through each challenge snap a picture of you (and anyone else) taking on the challenge.  Post it to Instagram (make sure you tag us @rrcrebels) and add the hashtag #rebelsrec. The more you post the more opportunities you have to win.

At the end of each Challenge post a picture of your Challenge Sheet, no matter how many days you’ve completed, on our Facebook page and or tag us (@rrcrebels) on Instagram and add the hashtag #rebelsrec.  Not on Instagram or Facebook?  You can drop it off at the North Gym or email it to We will pick winners each month from all those participants to win some great prizes
