Life is busy.  School, works, family, family, and friends leave us too busy to think about ourselves. Sometimes we forget we need to take time for ourselves, to take time to move, time to think and time to breathe.

This booklet was created to help those with busy lives begin to incorporate more movement into their routines. It explores aspects of our lives that are key factors in maintaining a healthy and resilient nature. Use this booklet as a guide to developing a better understanding of yourself, and use the tools provided to practice and to improve.
