Monday night Yoga is a Vinyasa style class suitable for all levels. Giving many options and variations for each pose so the students can design there practice to meet there needs.  You can expect to be challenged, giving you the opportunity to find the strength and fire that is inside each and everyone of us. Coming to the mat is about letting life unfold one moment at a time and surrendering to the present moment.

Desired Outcomes: Build strength, mobility and stamina. Improve breathing and body control.

About our instructors

Michelle is a certified Yoga Instructor. Her Yoga Journey begun while playing college volleyball in Alberta for five years. When she began yoga she did it strictly for the physical benefits, but it didn’t take long before realizing that Yoga goes beyond just the physical realm.

Yoga is about connecting to the breath, bringing awareness to the body, and is a tool to declutter the mind. Yoga has been her biggest teacher, helping her show up more fully in each moment.
