A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program designed to build muscular strength and endurance as well as cardiovascular fitness through a variety of intense intervals training.
Boot Camp includes body weight exercises, interval training, functional movements and agility drills. In addition; different equipment is used to challenge, inspire, and motivate participants while modifications are offered to accommodate all levels of fitness.
