This is a basic self-defense course to expose the user to some very simple easy to use, easy to retain and easy to recall techniques to help protect oneself.
The 10 week self-defense course will have cardio and strength building elements while each week will focus on different self-defense techniques.
Desired Outcomes: Learn a wide variety of self defense techniques that can be used in real world situations.
Chris Snell a Red River College security officer. He has been teaching karate for over 25 plus years, where he has attained a 4th degree black belt. Chris is currently training in jujitsu where he attained a blue belt 3rd stripe in jujitsu.
