This class will be a combination of traditional hatha poses, Physiologic yoga, and functional movement to blend strength and stretch. The main focus of this class is on how you feel and less on how the poses look. Modifications offered; no yoga experience required.

Bio: Holly is a 400 hour registered yoga teacher (300 hours – Source Yoga and 100 hours – Physiologic Therapeutic Yoga) and has been practicing in a variety of yoga styles since 2006. She is also certified in Thai massage (Banyan Thai Massage). Holly believes that yoga can be both a tool for introspective growth and also fun which is why oftentimes there’s a lot of laughter in her classes. Her unique approach to yoga has been featured on Shaw TV, CTV news, and CTV Morning Live.
