Yoga Fusion – This class will help to reduce physical tension accumulated during the day. Classes will focus on deep tissue stretching (yin), strengthening (hatha and gentle vinyasa), and relaxing. Modifications offered; no yoga experience necessary.

Desired Outcomes: Gains in flexibility, mobility, strength and stamina. Relaxation and mindfulness.

Bio: Holly is a 400 hour registered yoga teacher (300 hours – Source Yoga and 100 hours – Physiologic Therapeutic Yoga) and has been practicing in a variety of yoga styles since 2006. She is also certified in Thai massage (Banyan Thai Massage). Holly believes that yoga can be both a tool for introspective growth and also fun which is why oftentimes there’s a lot of laughter in her classes. Her unique approach to yoga has been featured on Shaw TV, CTV news, and CTV Morning Live.
