Red River College Athletics and Recreation Services offers Group Fitness Programs suited to all interests and fitness levels. Our highly trained and enthusiastic instructors will lead you through a fun and challenging workout suited to you. Fitness classes are also free for all RRC Students!!

Circuit Training with Cameron on Tuesdays from 12:05-12:50pm
Tantric Hatha Yoga with Keith on Wednesdays 4:15-5:15pm
Boot Camps on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:05-12:50pm
FREE Morning Boot camp Thursdays 7:00-7:45am
Yoga with Holly on Thursdays 12:05-12:50pm (NDC) and 4:15-5:15pm (EDC)
