We are starting a new feature on our website and social media and are highlighting RRC students that graduated from RRC and played on a varsity sport team at the same time. Playing sport is a great way to learn and enhance many of the soft skills employers are looking for and a great way to become more engaged with the College. Over the last eight years we’ve had over 500 students pull on a Rebels jersey and they come form over 150 different RRC programs. The one thing that unites them all is the Rebels.
Our first feature is on Taylor Brown.

Taylor had this to say. “The RRC Business program left me with industry knowledge from in-depth conversation with experienced instructors, practical hands on learning and the confidence to apply that knowledge to the workforce. As gained from most Red River Athletic alumni the program promotes teamwork, enhances the ability to be coached and leaves you with the lasting characteristic of a hard working mindset.”
Rebels Note: Taylor was part of the dynasty that won eight straight championships, he was an MCAC Athlete of the Week Selection, MCAC All-Conference selection, MCAC Academic All-Conference selection and MCAC Championship MVP.
