Registered Programs For 2014 Winter Term
Boot Camps with Karly on Mondays and Friday from 11:05 to 11:50
Joga with Karly on Mondays from 12:05 to 12:50.
Yoga with Amanda on Mondays from 4:15 to 5:15.
Rapid Revolution Spin with Lesley on Tuesdays from 11:05 to 11:50 and Thursdays from 11:05 to 11:50.
Dynamic Core with Leslie on Tuesdays from 12:05 to 12:50 and Thursdays from 12:05 to 12:50.
Cardio Complete with Ming on Tuesdays from 4:00 to 4:45
Zumba with Kristen on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30
Interval Training with Ming on Thursdays from 4:00 to 4:45
Stott Pilates with Karly on Fridays from 12:05 to 12:50
Free Week will offer student and staff the opportunity to take part in al of the programs at no cost. Free week will take place January 13th to 17th. Classes will be based on a first come first serve basis. Please note some classes will be limited by space and equipment.
Regular classes will start January 17th
