Free week for fitness classes

Free Week

Free Week offers students and staff the opportunity to take part in all of the programs at no cost. Free week will take place September 30 to October 4th. Classes will be based on a first-come first-serve basis. Please note some classes will be limited by space and equipment.

Regular classes will start October 7th.

Rapid Revolution Spin with Leslie
Tuesdays from 11:05am to 11:50am
Thursdays from 12:05pm to 12:50pm

Dynamic Core with Leslie
Tuesdays from 12:05pm to 12:50pm
Thursdays from 11:05am to 11:50am

Joga with Karly
Fridays from 12:05pm to 12:50pm
