Helpful Information

Resolution: For good quality printing, your images should be 300 dpi (dots per inch). Pictures and graphics downloaded from the web are often low in resolution (frequently around 72 dpi) The final print will appear pixilated and grainy, so for best results, avoid web-based images.

Colour: Colour may look different on your screen using a wide range of RGB than it does in print, using a limited replication of CMYK toners. Please keep this in mind when using programs such as Word and PowerPoint.

Fonts: Your computer fonts may be different than the ones we stock in our font library. For best results, convert your file to a PDF before uploading to us for printing.

Convert your file to a PDF: PDF software is often free to download and available on most devices. We can also generate a proof, so you can take one last opportunity to guarantee your job will be printed correctly.

Getting an estimate: The best way to ensure that we get all the information required for your print job is to fill out an online requisition. Once we receive it, someone will get in touch with you through email or by phone to follow up.

Completing your order: We take pride in always meeting your deadline. That said, we prefer five working days to complete your job request from the receipt of approval. We realize that there are times, when your job requires urgent consideration, and we always do our best to work with you on an earlier delivery. To help you complete your job on time, and on a tight budget, feel free to consult with our team members.
