Staff Parking
Parking Permits
Staff parking at the Notre Dame Campus assigned by power or non-power preference on a scramble basis.
Staff may purchase monthly parking online (see the instructions) or hourly/daily parking at one of the pay stations or with the PayByPhone app.
The virtual permit is strictly for the use of the registered student/staff and for the vehicle(s) registered in the individuals’ profile.
Overnight parking between midnight and 6:00am is not permitted without prior authorization. Parking is free on weekends and holidays. A $2.00 flat rate for evening parking is in effect Monday – Thursday after 5:00pm. A staff member that has assigned parking during the day is not required to pay the $2.00 evening fee.
Staff Loading/Unloading areas
The acceptable areas for loading/unloading are the loading dock and the designated, signed stalls in the Contractor lot (North side of building B).

Cancellation

Unauthorized Parking
There is no parking on the grounds between midnight and 6:00am without prior authorization from Commuting and Parking. Any vehicle left during this time may be towed away at the owner’s expense.
Areas designated as Loading Zones are exclusively for the use of campus and suppliers’ vehicles. Parking is not permitted at any time in areas designated as Fire Lanes, No Parking or No Stopping. Vehicles shall be ticketed and/or towed away at owner’s risk and expense.
Commuting and Parking has transitioned to virtual permits and use a license plate recognition system that enhances the efficiency of Parking Services operations and contributes to RRC Polytech’s sustainability efforts by reducing the amount of plastic and paper consumed annually.
To ensure compliance with the new system, all staff are asked to keep their license plates up to date. Please keep in mind that failure to keep your license plates current may result in a parking ticket. If you have any questions, please email us at parking@rrc.ca.

Parking for Staff from Other Campuses
Staff from other campus locations visiting the main campus should report to the Information Booth located in the South Lot upon arrival.
RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininew, Dakota, and Dené, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
