The current version of FlashPlayer ActiveX is 220.127.116.11
There was an issue with the upgrade on Wed October 15 from 18.104.22.168.
After a shutdown and power on of your machine. FlashPlayer ActiveX should reinstall. This may take up to 1 hour after the power on.
If the Interactive Services window keeps appearing you need to click on view message.
The message is
“The version of the Player that you are trying to install is lower that what is currently installed. ” Click ok
Then click return now button.
Then Shutdown and power on your machine.
No actual outages occurred with production servers. The issue was resolved prior to it affecting production academic servers.
We are experiencing storage issues at the Roblin Campus. A number of servers are offline.
We are currently experiencing slow access from outside the College to web based resources. Resources such as Learn, Hub, Share, the RRC Home page and others will appear slow at the moment.
The ITS Network Management team is currently working to correct the issue.
Internet service to outside the college is now functioning.
Internet service from RRC Winnipeg campuses to outside the college is currently not functioning. ITS Staff are working to fix this problem.
Staff printing at NDC should be functioning again. Issues with the Staff Print server required that it be rebooted.
NDC Staff Print Services were temporarily unavailable. Printing is now functioning normally
The production reporting server is back up now. We are running the missed weekend jobs to catch up but the systems are running again.
