Register your new Android phone with work profile only

Begin Registration

Power on the new Android phone and wait for the Welcome screen to appear.

QR code setup

1. On the Welcome screen, tap the screen six times.

   This will open the QR Code Setup window. It will scan for a QR code.

2. Use the device camera to scan the QR code provided by ITS.

Connect to RRC Wireless

1. When prompted, select RRCWireless.

2. Sign in using your RRC username and RRC password.

Setup the Work Profile

1. On the Set up a work profile window, tap Agree.

2. On the Let’s separate your work apps window, tap Agree and continue.

Sign in

Register the phone as an RRC Polytech fully managed phone.

1. On the Microsoft Sign in window, enter your RRC email address, and then click Next.

2. On the RRC Polytech window, enter your RRC password, and then tap Sign in.

Install Required Work Applications

The phone will automatically begin installing required work applications.

1. On the Work checklist window, tap Install.

2. On the Install work apps window, tap Done.

Sign in to Intune

1. When prompted, sign in with your RRC email address and your RRC password, and then click Sign in.

2. On the Help us keep device secure window, click Register to begin enrollment.

Set up RRC Polytech access

1. Continue through the prompts provided on the screen, click Next where appropriate. (what are the prompts?)

   – follow prompts, clicking Next

Choose Device Category

1. When asked to select a device category, select RRC Issued Cell Phone.
2. Click Done.

Accept the Agreement

1. Review the agreement shown on the screen.
2. Select Agree to continue.

Work Profile Setup is now complete

Your Work Profile apps are indicated by the briefcase icon.
