RRCWireless authentication services have been fully restored and staff and students can return to utilizing the resource to connect to our wireless network.
When reconnecting to the RRCWireless wifi network you may be prompted to accept the new security certificate. This is expected and required to proceed with connecting to the network.
The RRCWIFI-backup wifi network will be turned off over the weekend.
We thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
09:25 Nov. 22, 2018 – WIFI ISSUES ONGOING
The wireless authentication issues that prevented staff and students from connecting to RRCWireless yesterday morning have returned.
We are continuing to work to resolve the RRCWireless authentication issues. While we do so, we have re-activated the temporary WIFI network called RRCWIFI-backup in order to ensure that all staff and students can continue to access our wireless network.

RRCWireless authentication services have been restored and staff and students can return to utilizing the resource to connect to our wireless network.
We will leave the RRCWIFI-backup network active for the remainder of the day, and will be tearing it down tonight after hours.

Last night, RRC experienced an equipment failure affecting the authentication protocol for staff and students to connect to the RRCWireless network. As a result, staff and students will not be able to use their login credentials to access this network.
While ITS continues to work on resolving the authentication issues they have implemented a new temporary wifi network called RRCWIFI-backup in order to ensure that all staff and students can continue to access our wireless network. All users will be able to connect to this new network and no authentication will be required to connect.
