This program develops the knowledge and personal selling skills you need to build and maintain long-term partnerships and achieve sales success. The Commerce Industry Sales and Marketing program focuses on the selling function of marketing and its relation to overall marketing strategy, emphasizing a needs-satisfaction philosophy and strategic selling techniques.
You will develop selling skills through experiential learning, oral presentations and salesperson-customer roleplay. You will also study the various functions of marketing, strengthen your interpersonal skills and develop the persuasive communication strategies you need for success in sales. Through career and personal development courses, you will explore the business world, focusing on areas that interest you and align with your career path.
