PGI Culinary Exchange Dec 9 – 13, 2019
The much-anticipated Holiday Bake Sale is coming up! Please click on this header (and scroll down) for more details about what the other labs are preparing for sale.
Short Order Lab will offer breakfast this week Monday from 7:30am to 9:30am, and Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available on Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here and the lunch menu can be found here.
The Global Cuisine Lab begins Menu #2 this week. Lunch will be served Tuesday through Friday, from 11:30am to 1:15pm . The new menu can be found here.
This week, the students in the Garde Manger Lab will be producing the following salads:
- Assorted Tea Sandwiches
- Assorted Sushi (on Thursday)
The Baking Labs will be offering the following:
- Shmoo Torte
- Assorted Cakes
- Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake
- Panna Cotta
- Baked Cheesecake
The Professional Baking students will be hosting their annual Holiday Bake Sale on Wednesday, December 18 from 10am to 1pm. Items being offered will include dainty trays, decorated cookies, fruitcakes, assorted slices, and beautiful gingerbread houses. Please bring your own bag to carry your treats home.
