Updated procedures for employees who require campus access

All employees requiring access to any RRC campus must receive prior approval from their area’s Executive Director (for Staff) or Dean (for Faculty).

  • Please download the complete the Campus Access Form and forward to your direct supervisor.
  • Your direct supervisor will review your request and, if it is supported, submit it to your Executive Director or Dean for final approval.
  • Please indicate if this is a one-time or recurring request.
  • Recurring requests only require approval once.

Once approved, your ED or Dean will forward this form to RRC Security. (Note to EDs/Deans: For NDC, Stevenson, and Regional Campuses, forward to Angel King. For EDC, including LTC and ACE Space, forward to Rick Lange. Please cc Keith Walker in all campus approvals.)

When you arrive on campus to work, and before you depart, please email the appropriate RRC Security staff (see above for details).

All previous requests submitted to Safety have been sent to Security. There is no need to resubmit. This new process applies to all new requests.
